Oaths & Affirmations: $10.00
Notary-Certified Copies: $10.00
(Power of Attorney only)
Copy of journal entry for public:
30 cents per page + $10.00 if certified copy
Other Information of Note: A travel fee, when applicable, is separate from the notaries fee
What you'll need :
The person whose signature is being notarized must personally appear before the notary.
• Your completed document (s)
• A valid identification card
A valid identification card will be required from you, the signer in order for me to notarize your document. One of the following will do, so long as it is current or issued within the past 5 years:
A state issued driver's license or identification card; U.S. Passport; Foreign Passport stamped by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS); Alien registration card (acceptable only for notarization of INS forms); Military service I.D. card or I.D. card issued by the U.S. government; Drivers license officially issued in Mexico or Canada.

For your convenience, We are available to travel to you at any location within the City of East Los Angeles or adjacent areas.
Standard notarization rates apply, in addition to
a travel fee as follows:
Within East Los Angeles city limits: $20
Surrounding area: $35 - $45 (within 5 miles of East Los Angeles)
